Money Debited but Deposit Not Credited?

If money left your bank but didn't reach your Mochatrade wallet, kindly wait for bank to process your transaction. Contact support with your UPI transaction ID or UTR number if it isn't resolved by then.

Prerequisites & Limits

  • Your UPI transaction ID or bank UTR number.

  • Auto-refund timeline for failed payments: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Failed deposits return to the original source account from which you made the deposit.

Step-by-Step Navigation

  1. Sign in at mochatrade.com or download the app and open Funds.

  2. Find the deposit under Transfers and check its status.

  3. If it hasn't landed after 3 to 5 working days, contact support with the UTR or UPI reference.

Common Failures & Troubleshooting

  • Status shows Pending: Your bank may still be processing. Refresh after a few minutes.

  • Bank transfer not credited: You may not have submitted the UTR. Add it from the Bank Transfer screen.

  • Status shows Failed but money was debited: Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to process the refund. The amount will be credited back to your original source account.
