Stop-loss order
A stop-loss order turns into a market order when the price reaches a trigger, to cap a loss. It is a request, not a guarantee: in a gap it fills wherever the book is, which the Monday open tests. On a leveraged position your real stop is the nearer of your stop and your liquidation price. Stop orders on Mochatrade.
